Bug inside and outside GTA SA

First i'm so sorry to my english he is not good.

 

has a bug in the gta san andreas, that crosshair rises outside of interiors, for example in the street, already inside houses, pizzerias, any place that the personage between the crosshair gets lower, that is the shots rise higher in the street and more lowered indoors.

 

I wanted the crosshairs on the street to be the same as the houses, does anyone know of any way or mod to fix this?
