Very specific bounty geography

I was moving the cursor around the map looking for interesting sketches to investigate and i had an odd experience. As i scrolled through Grizzlies East, largely unexplored since I murdered their friendly legendary protector, I discovered that I was wanted, dead or alive, in the area under the "R" in "grizzlies" and nowhere else. No friendly red demarcation and no way to financially clear my name. Anyone else having this weirdness?

It's a map error of some sort, that's Fort Wallace's restricted area being applied there, if you hover over ft Wallace's red zone the dead or alive status doesn't appear there

 

I think it's just on the map though
