Just ran into a store while waiting to see what FR event would spawn after lobby switching, decided to shoot the clerk with the gun for the lols..... and he went flying across the store!

Yes but you also bounce them around and stun-lock them. And thats three shots to anywhere, you can hit the ground next to them and it will still hurt them.

What I liked in the gun too, that is got recharge system meaning ammo is not required, "Event Cargo" was really hard, but we did our best aswell!

Yes, it sits his ass down like anything else.

Easiest way to do that is get any vehicle with Homing Missiles, move close so it triggers him leaving the bank and then fire of rockets until everyone is dead.

One of the first things I did was visit my gal at the Alta Suburban Store. :) It empties the cash registers, too, lol.

It'll never be available to be purchased as far as I know. Players logging in today will receive an Up-N-Atomizer for free. 

 

It's not on the wall at Ammunation yet and the tint can't yet be changed.

It has a price, and a dripfeed text string, so it's always possible that it will.

 

Rockstar Support leaked the release dates. I'm guessing the Christmas stuff is 'early access', and in January everyone will be able to buy it if they missed a free one.

Only when it becomes purchasable, possibly from Jan 1st. At the moment it is being given away for free as part of the festivities.

Just a note, it does indeed destroy vehicles in a way. The damage vehicles take from falling and being tossed about is essentially how it gets destroyed. Did Blow Up III today and had a "blast".

Flipped one of the cars into the water and the ones I flipped onto their roofs caught fire lol!
