Not being able to tip the restroom attendant

So today i decided to unlock the kifflom outfit but i'm not able to tip the restroom attendant in my nightclub, it doesn't matter where i stand i'm just not able to tip him.

I've already tried joining a different session or passing out in the restroom in attempt to possibly bypass this vague bug but it led to nothing.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Do you have money in your wallet or only in your bank? 

Try transferring some to your wallet.
