Surfire762 Posted December 22, 2018 Share Posted December 22, 2018 So I’m trying to find the cattleman, rodeo and cutter hats on my second play through.. my first time through I found them without issue during chapter 4. Currently I’m at 3. I know the hats are located at grangers farm south east of flatneck station. I’ve already completed the gunslinger quest at this location but not all 4. Not sure if that matters or not but anyway.. I’ve gone to the location many times and during all hours of the day. My issue is grangers farm is always empty, even all the pigs are missing every time I check, there’s just a horse sitting next to the cabin. For some reason the NPCs that are supposed to spawn wearing these hats never do. Doesn’t seem to matter what time I go or how many days I’ve waited in between checking. I really like those hats and it would be a bummer not to be able to wear them. Does anyone have any suggestions or know what will make them spawn? I appreciate the info, very helpful. I’m thinking this may also apply to many of the other stolen hats just on different types of NPCs.
