When arthur came back from guarma can he retain his all guns ammo satchel items?

 

and when we finished chapter 6 im planning to spend arthurs all money to clothing. Should i buy them again in the epilogue?

Only the horses in the stables are lost after the end of chapter 6.

 Not only horses, he losing his some items like tonics and pencil from jimmy brooks. But i dont remember the others

After Ch6, going into the epilogue, I lost:

All my improved tomahawks, all my homing tomahawks, my cleaver, my varmint rifle ammo, my improved arrows, all tonics and provisions, the soldier's silver locket, all valuables over the basic bag limit of 3 or 5 depending on the item
