OMFG this is bringing out all the douchebags, almost not worth it.

 

So far, Ive only unlocked the Burger Shot sweater.

Got it and already bored of it.

Finally got an event BB and when I was right next to my nightclub I got blown up by an Oppressor MK2 and by the time I respawned the cargo had been delivered. The stupid MK2 crap is ruining this fun.

I guess blowing up the vehicle outside your club is pointless as it just gives you the same shirt again

Glad this is running until the 31st of December as locating Event Cargo is proving to be incredibly time consuming. I've found just one in the last 2 hours and that ended up being a sweater that I already have.

Just keep switching sessions until you find an Event Cargo event.

 

If it does not pop up within two minutes find another.

 

If a Lobby wide event happens or is starting then you won't get anything for another fifteen minutesm

I've been doing that and I'm having the same problem as him.

 

I too like that it's until the 31st. I'd like to not be forced to grind on my four days off cause it expires Christmas day lol

Good Luck! Now every one knows about it, so more people trying to go after it. Yesturday, first 8 hours of my 15 hours gring people didnt even cared!

That's how I did it and got it on my third try.

 

Event Cargo events popped up within two minutes of me joining the session.

FINALLY another event battle popped up.

I was pissed at first as nothing popped up after it completed but upon going back outside I saw I won the gun! Nice to get the livery for it, only two sweaters remain. Hopefully these are the same sweaters we're getting on Christmas or whatever day that was. It'll be easy to open/close until you get one you don't have!

I've certainly seen an increase in interest...although nowhere near the free-for-all chaos of Special Crates back in the day.

 

I'm surprised R* haven't given the 'Event Cargo' notification a distinct colour / theme to make it clearly stand out from the normal Business Battle pop-ups (as they did with the gold coloured Special Crate notifications).

Game got stuck at the black 'event goods delivered screen'.

I just made my own solo session and invited a couple friends and we rotated around to unlock a lot of these things.  Seems to be easier than fighting people to get the items.  Just in my opinion.

OOOH you just wait. its havent even been a 24 hours since R* oficially anounced that. Many people have no idea at all. Plus its a weekends, so defenetly there gona be slauter house over them

It usually loads after 5 minutes, happened today to me and it's done that before when it got stuck in black screen land.

If it does that on Event Cargo I'd definitely suggest waiting

I never got a notification that I unlocked anything so I was a little miffed.

Went back outside and my character had the gun in his hand.

I don't think weapon unlocks *can* pop inside the nightclub, or maybe it's just a timing issue.

Up-n-Atomizer message of unlock didnt displayed until i gone outside of NC and waited for few seconds

Edit. Oh Wait!  So I switched sessions, and upon waking up in my Hangar got the Ray Gun and festive Tint. Yaaaay

 

Apperently Up-n-Atomizer nottification apears only otside of your property.

 

So if you already got the Up-n-Atomizer and none of the nottification of unlock displays in the screen, you gotten Up-n-Atomizer again It didnt displayed for me too, because i got Up-n-Atomizer 3 times. Only first one nottified me , and only otside of the property interior.
