JDumas1977
I've been a OCD sufferer for many years an programs like RDR2 really scream at me when things go astray, so I delete save an restart quite a bit. Anyway, while going through this "playthrough" I experienced something that has never happened an i thought I'd see if anyone else has experienced this post update. In Chapter 2, during the mission(s) "Pouring forth oil". I triggered the mission during the day, but wanted to go in an steal the carriage at night, so I went hunting to pass the time. After ( guessing) 15minutes, the golden wagon wheel icon disappeared an I was told to "See John about the train robbery", so now I have 17 of 18 missions complete in chapter 2. I never experienced this before, has this happen to anyone else, an what does it mean regarding the story outcome In the end? Thanks in advance... Satanta
Well, if you take too long they get the wagon. You do the treain robbery. That's it. Nothing else reguarding it-maybe a comment from Dutcch or John about you not getting the wagon.
Northern Monkey
It's a "Miss-able Mission" but I have left it for days in game and not had it disappear, maybe you did something that's triggers its auto-completion?

Well if going hunting counts as doing something, I suppose I did. Thanks again guys.

Happened to me in my second playthrough (not really a scond playthrough though, since I restarted the game in chapter 3), instead of stealing the wagon I went to see Mary and help her brother and when I was done, I got that message, first time it was already evening when I went for the wagon, but I failed so many times, so the last one I stole and got away with was in broad daylight, so I don't think it matter if you do it during daytime or nighttime. It has no impact on the story, John just said something that he couldn't wait and Arthur said something like he was busy and the mission went on like you had stolen the wagon yourself.
