I want to create new mod which contains Liberty City from GTA 3/LCS, San Andreas from GTA SA and in perspective Vice City from GTA VC/VCS. But there are many problems...

1) How I can extend the map over 3 km to any side? I want to put new paths far to the east (at least 3-5 km), I have a sketch of bridge that will connect Shoreside Vale and Las Venturas, but I also want cars to pass it...

2) About 30 per cents of Portland and some parts of Staunton are now ready, but process is going very slowly, I need a group to make some effort to complete...
