Most favorite GTA Vice City mod?

 My most favorite GTA Vice City mod is GTA Vice City : Second Wave Mod   (this is no click bait, I am not suggesting anyone to check out the mod, but for those interested they can if they want).  It truly is an amazing mod. The story is Tommy goes away from Vice City for 5 years, and returns in 1992 and sees his business taken over by some bigwig and his men. he must reconquer his empire, he gets helps from an FBI agent and also the Cubans, and throughout the game Haitians are among his worst nemesis due to the events of the original story (the moment Tommy arrives in the air port at the start, they try to ambush him, but the FBI agent aids Tommy). New missions and features and tons of cool stuffs, one of the very few mods that live up to its hype. Anyway this is my fav GTA VC mod, released all the way back in 2009. Prior to that was a huge fan of Long Night mod, a horror total conversion mod, which is now my second fav . I try different mods when I get bored of the original story (after gaps I regain interest again), and the second wave mod is by far my fav and truly feels like a true sequel . What about others.
