Android Instagram icon help request

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but do let me know otherwise. I posted this on reddit but got zero comments :(

 

With OneUI coming out, I have been using the One UI Icon Pack and I love it!

 

My only gripes with it is that the Instagram icon wasn't OneUIish enough and I removed the gradient using my rudimentary Photoshop skills to a passable degree:

However, I then got hit by a wave of nostalgia and attempted to recreate the old Instagram logo in the spirit of the OneUI design. I only managed to create hot rubbish as per below:

Can someone very please help me to recreate/update the old Instagram logo in the spirit of OneUI so I can sleep happy? Pretty please?

 

Crappy suggestion: I hope for the icon to be void of gradient (maybe a little if it doesn't work without) and updated to be a classy, sleek version of the old logo

 

Crappy suggestion 2: Maybe a filled in version of the black outline logo will look really good? :D
