Wall treasure at Old Trail Rise Shack?

I have yet to come across any event to explain the obvious interactive brick in the basement of the Old Trail Rise Shack.  That's the shack just north of the Stables at Dewberry Creek.  There was a similar interaction point on a wall in the cave network north of Elysian Pool.  This eventually revealed itself as an Native American trinket, if I remember right.  This one basement spot though... discovered it on Day 2 and still haven't figured it out.
