I had a similar issue briefly the other day,  which was fixed by me simply closing the application and restarting online. 

 

 But my best friend has had an issue for weeks now where, as long as he's in a Public Session,  the clerk at ammunation never appears, meaning he cannot buy any body armour or weapons the old way, and sometimes even the shop assistants and barbers don't appear.

 

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue and found a way to resolve it, or what causes the Glitch? I've only seen this once on my actual account and it doesn't occur very often. Any help would be most greatly appreciated.
