Random crashing

So i just installed underground followed every direction perfectly on a 100% clean game installed the standalone snapshot then proceed to install the individual patches (3.10.1 to 4) started a new game then punched a ped twice and crashed then started it up again the all i did was jump forward and it crashed again so im at complete loss heres the dump http://www.mediafire.com/file/wqllqwkg58l1qs5/gta_ug_20181217_135026.dmp/file
