Gta underground, white and black screen problem

I downloaded gta sa underground standalone 3.10

And extracted everything in my game directory

It starts, but shows white page ,in loading screen

And when game starts, only map, health and all are visible, no gameplay is visible, game is working but not displaying any environment and characters
