Hidden clothing

So I was shopping for my female character and wanted some sort of white shirt to go with black tie. There is no shirt that would let me do that, in the catalogue. The only exception was the black shirt from Blackrose Bounty Hunter. It's called Stand-Collar Overshirt. I don't understand why we can't buy it from the catalogue. Apparently, I have red and black versions in my own outfits. I wanted a white one, but still... anyone noticed this? I feel like there's more clothes that you can't buy but they're linked to outfits.

Yeah. For instance the Grizzly Outlaw Outfit has the Legion Vest( I want a black version of this vest instead of the red) that is not in the catalogue as well as the hat(I want a Light Brown/Khaki colored version) that comes with the outfit. Even in the wardrobe it doesn't break the clothing up into the different pieces of clothing types.
