No difference. Gift of focus isnt the dead eye on headshot ability. Zoop_Leroy Posted February 3, 2019 Share Posted February 3, 2019 Bumping this thread because multiple players praise Gift of Focus. Has anyone had success with Gift of Focus III? My experience has been similar to OP. I found this card to be the biggest ripoff in the game. From what I learned Gift Of Focus does compliment Eye For An Eye but the deadeye bonus gained is capped at 25%. I've seen some shots go over 25% but I think it's just a fluke. Never tested Strange Medicine but I know Cold Blooded rank 3 gives 25% hp in 5 seconds after a kill.
