hugh750 Posted December 15, 2018 Share Posted December 15, 2018 i just got rdr 2 (xbox one s), and so far i've gotten a $75.00 bounty and i've killed some npc's who where rude to arthur and i've killed witnesses to his crimes! does your arthur morgan let witnesses live? CryptReaperDorian Posted December 15, 2018 Share Posted December 15, 2018 If I'm in town and killing witnesses is more likely to create more witnesses or get the instant attention of the law, I'll try to threaten the witnesses until they stop.  If it's out in the wilderness, I'll just kill them the majority of the time.
