Oppressor Mk2 customization

Hi, would like to buy a Oppressor Mk2 today and I'm thinking about which weapon choose as first. What do you think, which is the best? And which one has an option to aim to other players? Is it Explosive MG or Homing Missiles? Thanks.

You can't lock onto players with the Machine Guns, Explosive MG or the Homing Missiles - in fact the only vehicle I recall being able to lock onto on-foot players was the Terrorbyte with the Turret Station. 

The Explosive MG is literally the worst explosive cannon in the game - even worse than the lacklustre Valkyrie cannon.

Go for the missiles.

Don't all homing missiles lock onto NPCs and cops, at least when you've got a wanted level?

y, but other homing will also lock on players
