Sooner or later you'll run into one. That's the best advice I can give. It's for the Sunshine Autos Import/Export garage, right? The got mine by, firstly, gettin' hold of a Washington (common) or an FBI Washington (Parked in Downtown) and drive around for a bit...as the two cars are alike (Virgo and Washington), it raises the chance of a Virgo spawning....so, there's one method.
