wow ok i know what the issue is pause menu  doesn't come up in creator with keyboard i plugged controller on Pc and it is acually working. Thanks for help anyway

To anyone who is trying the weather thing with creator on PC with no controller, P-key is how you access Pause-menu.

This is probably one of the few cases where the item of clothing is actually better designed for females, instead of males.

@Fun 2 Just stating the obvious, but once the DLC drops one day, and you have time to peek inside, should you come across any Epsilon related stuff, any info would be highly appreciated. I for one can't wait to start driving 'em 577 Post Ops up Mt. Chilliad in rain!

Some people will complain about that, but here's the thing. Game devs don't have to waste their time coming up with new EEs or anything like that.

They have bugs to focus on fixing and that process is hard and takes a lot of time, and they have to ensure the quality of new content is top class.

When a game dev spend his time to come up with a new EE, he/she wasn't forced to do that, it's just a nice little addition for him/her to see how the community respond to that, and when I show up and discover the code in the files, I feel like an asshole to him/her if I post the steps straight away.

That's a fair point. On the other hand we can't expect GTAO be around forever, and GTA Next is due sooner or later. At this stage of the game's life, any possible additional EEs might be left unfound if the conditions are too harsh. I mean, take this tattoo for example. The number of people who grinded the 600+ missions to unlock the alien egg supply mission can't be too high, and the early am rain condition for the possibility to rng up on Mt Chilliad was another extra challenge to beat. And we can only wonder how long it would have taken for anyone to do all these and get lucky enough to spawn there. I mean, it would have required a nutjob who first grinded the missions, and would have then spent most of their time in freeroam just chugging Macbeths for fun, happen to do that during am rain AND get lucky. I would argue that without the guidance we got from you and perhaps some others (I don't know who else might do the same as you), that EE might still be unknown. And any future EEs similar in nature would be even less likely to be found. And again, at this stage of the game's life, they might be just that forever, and then for sure the extra work someone put in to create such EE would be lost for good, once GTA Next drops.

Back to the bunker supply mission count/alien egg discussion. As you know, the completed supply mission count is nowhere to be found, and alien egg mission unlocks only after 600 missions. A few months back I suggested using interpolation to get a rough estimate if/when people have no idea of the number. That is to say, to fail missions in a row and keep an eye on the success rate percentage and then excel to the ballpark. I didn't convince many.  (Not to single you out@Fun 2 but you may or may not be interested in this so here's holla).

 

Case: "Mate is positive he has done the alien egg mission, but can't MacBeth the tattoo from Chilliad/am/rain."
 
1) His starting supply steal mission success rate was 81%, which means 80.5-81.4% (rounded, one decimal is enough for our est.)

2) We started to fail his supply missions and this is how the percentage changed on the bunk computer:

 

Start val        81% (80.5-81.4)
After 1. fail    80% (79.5-80.4)
After 2. fail    79% (78.5-79.4)
After 3. fail    79% (78.5-79.4)
After 4. fail    78% (77.5-78.4)
After 5. fail    77% (76.5-77.4)
After 6. fail    77% (76.5-77.4)
After 7. fail    76% (75.5-76.4)
After 8. fail    75% (74.5-75.4)

 

We can already see from the numbers that the drop is a bit under 1.0% per fail. Perhaps 0.7-0.9%.

So we took 80.5 and 81.4 (our starting max and min), chose 0.9 as our first value to be subtracted after each fail, and tested it.

 

Starting value 80.5 (low end)

After 1. fail    80.5-0.9=79.6 (inside 79.5-80.4)
After 2. fail    79.6-0.9=78.7 (inside 78.5-79.4)
After 3. fail    78.7-0.9=77.8 (outside 78.5-79.4) - no.

 

Then we tested with 0.8, and 0.7 etc. The lowest value that stayed inside the rounding limits was 0.63% (highest 0.66). So each fail could have counted as 0.63% IF starting value was 80.5. From there we get one mission count, 1/0.63 = 1.59 -> 159 missions.

 

Then we did the same with starting value 81.4 (high end). Here we soon noticed we had to bring the starting value down because no variable could stay within all 8 fails/limits. In the end 80.9 was the highest starting value that was still possible, and the highest fail variable value possible was 0.73% (lowest 0.71). So 1/0.73 = 1.37 -> 137 missions.

 

So we got down to 0.63-0.74 spread, 137-159 missions.

 

Yeah, I know, it's not precise, we could have more decimals and I don't even add failed missions to the mission total.

But as I said then, when it comes to bunk supply missions, even a rough guess can be all wrong, and spread of around 20-25 is not too shabby for 30-40 mins of failing - esp. considering how wrong my mate happened to be. Poor guy, must have daydreamed the whole mission. 

 

Anyway, if some friend of aliens and Epsilon has absolutely no idea of the completed supply mission count, a simple Excel file and a few fails get you a good idea.

it's the other way round. Alien Tattoo with dummy character was unlocking chariot for boy and afterlight for girl.

I know it because I had chariot with boy toon and Afterlight with girl long time before they were offically released

(i know at least 1 very respecful player who had them too and another one, also very respectful, who had chariot).

And in order to get Alien tattoo with dummy character, it required a huge dedication: you had to get drunk in NC with Macbeths between 1 and 4 am under rain hoping to respawn at Chiliad.

 

Chariot tee unlocks unreleased Fathom for boy and nothing for girl

Afterlight tee unlocks already released dixon box logo for girl

They work both way, I know it as personal experience. Male Chariot unlock ??? for female, it only unlocks immediately after changing gender, after buying the tattoo, the unlock disappeared, but the tattoo sticks.  Clothing information.

You are right about can't change tattoo or it will disappear. 

 

Start from MALE change to female, buy Afterlight Tee as female, change back to male, buy ???. You will have ??? stick as long as you don't change tattoo again.

 

Start from FEMALE change to male, buy Chariot Tee as male, change back to female, buy ???. You will have ??? stick as long as you don't change tatto again. 

 

I don't see any problem about original gender provided that you have the right tee shirt unlocked.

I have got both ??? on male and female on my 1st ac that got most of the clothing. That female rank 6 is on some random ac to show I didn't grind. You can start a new ac female level up to rank 6 with 100K to see it yourself. I forgot how to get Afterlight tee not sure if new ac can get ??? for male.

Both characters have a very complete collection of special tops all clothes all awards and all unlocks.

I won't delete any of my characters to start a new one and i'm not interseted in starting a new id just to get a glitched tattoo that won't save when i already have 2 legit ones lmao

Yes its in the shop and you can remove it, replace it and you can still go back and put it on again whenever. There is no issue on console like on PC.
