Itali GTO Discussion Thread

Haven't had the chance to shoot these properly so I apologize for the fugly HUD getting in the way. But I've finally gotten around to my speccing frenzy on this thing.

For a while I had settled on a bad version of Blu Corsa I made on PS4 and Grigio Ingrid. Then just sort of moved onto other cars. But now... well as you can see I got my hands full.

From the top left: Bianco Birdcage (vibrant deep blue pearl can be apparent, also wheels are bronze and interior is dark blue), Blu Electtrico Opaco (dark blue interior), Blu Electtrico and then Blu Corsa x2

After finding a spec I really liked on Autogespot, I replicated it and found out it was actually Verde Pino. Awesome shade of green. I was actually planning on doing Verde British but this was a must.

Colors in the works for tomorrow:

- Azzurro Dino

- A proper Grigio Ingrid (with tortora interior)

- Rosso Dino

- Grigio Medio

- A proper Tour de France Blu

- Abu Dhabi Blu

- A proper Azzurro California

- Blu Mirabeau

- Giallo Modena

- Giallo Triplo Strato

I already did Verde Kers... probably the most obnoxious spec I'll do for this car.

I get too carried away with variety. Especially these days, it is so easy to do colors as I've done this for a couple years and finally Menyoo/Hex Color Tool makes it so simple. No more constantly restarting the game to see if my slight adjustment to a crew color made something look how I wanted or not.

Love this car though, my favorite style of Ferrari (Grotti).

Nice combinations you run. I'll be interested to see Rosso Dino and Azzuro California.

Here's a 25 minute cruise of me in the GTO Spider. I really like it. I don't think I'm returning to Online anytime soon.

After saying I'd leave it on F1's in protest at the poor front wheel fitment , I relented and went clean again..

But it doesn't matter what I use I'm never happy with it, what a flawed but sometimes beautiful and brilliant car.

Let's tone it down a little..

So, I thought I found the perfect colour I would settle on for the GTO.

A very dark metallic green and a nice green pearl. Really gives a sporting class to this Grotti.

The Boot gives ample space. Enough for an overnight bag and a ponsonby's bag. Two bags with room for additional space.

I went with almost black rims. Alloys look nice with green, but I wanted the car to be more focus, so I made the rims darker.

This image shows just how beautiful this paint is

I never really noticed the seats were quilted until I took these photos lol

I call it Big Dick Green. Let me go and get the RGB/Hex. I'll edit this text with the colour soon. Check back within 24 hours.

R: 4, G: 22, B: 16. Pearl: Dark Green. I am using Natural Vision Remastered FYI. The colours won't pop as much on vanilla.

I had perhaps, one of my most favourite cruises in GTA, and it's no surprise it came with driving the Itali GTO. I absolutely use the Paragon R and Rebla GTS as my daily drivers and love to drive the Itali RSX (finally a car I always wanted in GTA) but I keep coming back to the best grand tourer in the game.

I wrote some thoughts down while accessing pages I never looked at (2-XX)

While the handling flags weren't great, it gave the car character. Lots of charlatans and fools in this thread complained about it. Yes, because going 100 mph over bumps is really going to end well. Tell me again, what planet do you come from?
The best pre-DLC cars (latter is DLC but for this I considered pre vehicles leap in terms of poly count, interior, speed etcs) are the Vacca and Massacro. I don't want to hear about T20, or Zentorno or any other car. Vacca and Massacro were clearly the best of the bunch.Post DLCs? I don't think the Itali GTO will be topped. For all the crybabies who couldn't control this car, I drove 30 minutes across GTA and never crashed once. Then again, I didn't drive 150mph around the place. Crying about bumps etc.
Quite frankly, I don't care two hoots what Broughy or whoever that guy says. That guy is a stone cold loser. If I Remember correctly, GTA banned him and he cried saying he wouldn't come back? Well, since he can't excel at anything else in life, he has to remain on youtube jacking off to those dumb speed tests. I can't respect people who can't stick to having the courage of their own convictions. Useless sperm.
This is an open world game. Explore within the confines of it. If you want a racing game, go play Forza.
The handling is phenomenal, the acceleration is powerful, the engine note is crisp.

Just a couple of pictures below of the cruise.

1: The best rear in the game, there's no question about it.

2: Always, driving with a serious face in a Grotti.

3. People don't like the front. You can understand why, but you'll see at night the front is very nice.

4. I just thought this was a relatively nice picture.

5. The rear is even nice at night, when the quad tail lights light up as rings. I'm so glad they put quad instead of the duo on F12 and 10-18 Ferrari's

So, finally, I got around to screencapping most of the Itali GTO/S specs I've done so far... but no pearlescents because Menyoo goes by numbers vs names smh. Anyway, as you can see there's no end to how you can spec this damn thing. Just imagine if the calipers were colorable (easy fix in ZModeler IIRC) or if the black parts of the interior could be colored as well... lord that'd be too damn much.

Clearly I love this car but the main reason is it is just sooooo good with revised handling and a Grotti Visione engine note (which sounds more like a V12). I mean, it's stupid fun. I need to film a video of driving it. Because driving it is so fun now that I could enjoy this car in a completely barebones spec. So in these specs... ugh.

I know I stated previously I would never put Giallo Modena on a front v12 Ferrari, well... I changed my mind and found something pretty nice.

Just me stunting with my Itali GTO and Nightblade

Pitstop refuelling on my cruise. Really nice one. I was listening to Vladistock FM and the weather was nice, the traffic was responsive. Just one of those drives where the game runs beautiful.

I like the Canis Mesa but it seems the Mesa likes the GTO more in this one.

I have probably 30 Itali GTO specs, but my favorite at the current moment is this one:

Verde Pino over Cuoio with smoked, diamond cut wheels (modded Lozspeed Mk. Vs with improved tires) and carbon fiber mirrors (and engine cover). And it goes well with red brake calipers. This thing looks spicy, but what really makes the car is improved handling. Not gonna ramble on about that because obviously in GTA:Online you can't do it. But RWD, power adjustments, suspension and steering adjustments with the Visione engine note make this car a blast.
