Game Changes?

Why is the chase camera so difficult to use now and will not properly track movement and why are my weapons other than my hand guns being removed every time I dismount my horse? I rode a train trying to do the sharpshooter mission only to find that I only had hand guns equipped to try and shoot birds from the train. This is the most annoying aspect and making the game unplayable expecially in situations of being ambushed. This has occurred since the game went online and is becoming unplayable as I progress through the storyline.

Yeah I’m having the same issue.

This is my second play through and it’s getting extremely aggrevating.

You take the time to set up your gun load out exactly how you want it to be, and in most missions the game decides what you will be using anyways. Or a random encounter and ambush removes your pistol for another.

It is not a little thing either. Rockstar seems to ignore this and it’s a mistake. You handcrafted an amazing world we can’t ammerse ourselves in because we are constantly checking the inventory to set our weapons right to abate the paranoia.

 

I don’t understand why in a game so centered on a more realistic approach we can even carry so many guns on our horse. If I had my way I’d only carry 2 long arm weapons and the bow and two pistols on my saddle.

I hate the endless cycling through a thousand weapons you never use to get to the few you want, set already in utter vanity and or now trying to find again.

 

Fix this. It’s morw of a problem then you think Rockstar.

Yeah...don't eat, sleep, start a Mission, Interact, check the Map, fart or anything else lest your Loadout will get Scrambled.

Common for Rockstar to break the single player after Online updates these days. Unfortunately we have to stick with it until the next gen version comes out

Not my first R* game but might be my last.  Love the game overall but some of the issues are unforgiveably sloppy-the guns loadout constantly changing is just scratching the surface.   A lot of it is reminiscent of RDR! which was also bug-ridden and now to hear more than one person say they intentionally break an SP game people paid for?  If I find that is the case I will not buy another game from them.
