Seems a bit odd a lvl 10 card would somehow trump a lvl 50 card. Also, it'd be a bit ridiculous but they could simply make it so only folks who use no lock on can use the Slippery Bastard period. That might be a bit extreme. Now that I think about it how about Paint It Black simply doesn't lock onto players period. It's ridiculously OP. I wasn't. He killed on the spot. So when I respawned, he came over to kill again presumably, but I managed to kill him in return and then he went parley. Why start the fight if you don't have the balls to continue it?? Moral of the story: Don't trust anyone. Not even blues.
