Anyone else having problems with outfits and hats ?

why oh for the love of god cant you re equip a hat in a Mission ? the same with outfits it starts to storm so i want to put on my coat outfit "nope gotta wait till your in free roam"  "gets knocked down or knocked off horse in mission" oh wheres my hat cant seem to find it im sure my horse will have..... wait WHAT D:< also outfits seem a bit buggy in the fact if yo ubuy something from the general store it immediately equips it and the outfit your wear disappears from your horse so it means you have to trot all they way back to camp to re equip the outfit and if you've just finished a mission your camp is proberly in the middle of butt f*ck nowhere ..........because ......reasons

 

edit: oh and if you get back into free roam with somehow loseing your hat i na mission your horse dosent have a spare so off to camp we go :D!

Just about every store that sells clothes has a wardrobe where you can make  your outfit and save it to your horse (you can have 3 initially). Once in a while, probably due to a bug, your outfits unsave. But you don't have to go back to camp to save them. Just go to a store's wardrobe.

 

You can also save 2 hats to your horse.

 

As to changing in missions, yeah. Game won't let you. Unsure if that's working as intended. Your outfit/hat should be restored when you return to freeroam either way.

Yea changing outfit/hats during a mission is broke, also sometimes changing hat in free roam is buggy. I reported it and they said a few others have reported it so hopefully it's fixed soon.
