IamCourtney Posted December 8, 2018 Share Posted December 8, 2018 I haven't found any lying on the shore anywhere yet but if you go to the dock in Blackwater there's often an NPC or two rowing a boat around near shore, you can steal it (I have a few times) but fishing from it seems glitchy atm. We dont mind not being able to fish from the boat, we just want to get to one of the islands and fish without being shot and killed for existing.
