Play missions or race/DM's.

replay missions with the quick join option in player menu, or start your own

pause>progress>story missions>replay

there is a cooldown on mission replaying through the menu but not for joining on call.

The key to ranking up at the moment is getting kills and completing challenges, so however you want to do that do that.

PvP, farming police, killing animals, etc. Headshots, firing from the hip, using deadeye, using special ammo and getting executions all gives bonus exp and it can stack to as much as 30exp per kill, do the math. :)

I've been playing story missions a lot today since the payout is nicer now plus the xp is good. Not to mention it being the only coop activity I can do atm

"farming police"?

There's spots in St Denis where you can basically turn allieyways or ladders up to roofs into police meatgrinders.

He wants tips to rank up faster while playing the game.

Edit: story missions and strange missions are the best way imo

I know, and I stand by my answer PLAY the game. Don't just sit in camp and do nothing. As long as you are doing something, hell anything, you'll level up just as fast.

However, what's the point. It's like speeding to a stop sign.

Actually it is, check my history... I say the same thing about GTAO.

If R* does it correctly, all activities pay you at the same rate so that there is no "one best way" to grind. Because when you do that, everyone can choose what they want to do instead of feeling like they have to do one thing over and over because it is the fastest.

and I was trying to be funny too... but it's still true.

I didnt like the "attitude", apologies if i got it wrong.

Yeah its true but doing some jobs grants you more xp than others, i still think story missions on quick call are the best way. i have been ranking up pretty fast.

I would say the activity that has the least amount of idle time would be the quickest because you can do it more often.

Having said this.. I suggest just doing whatever you think is fun and the levels and money will just be a bonus!

Use them while you can; these will undoubtedly be nerfed in the near future.

The only police meat grinders left in GTA Online are the ones Rockstar still doesn't know about.

And left up to me, they never will. It's one of the few ways to have fun left in the game.

Over the road from the post office is the main one atm, there's a ladder that goes up to the roofs.

Do you lose honor by doing this?

Yep, I got max dishonor after about an hour of headshotting cops with the bow climbing up the ladder.

Next-Gen Vercettis

Stranger missions. I got one earlier that gave me 300+ xp and I didn't even finish it lol. It took the max time limit, 10 minutes I think, so I started wondering if you get more the longer you take, the same as GTA missions. Didn't get around to testing this out though.

Did a few story missions and got around 160 - 180 xp each time.

(If anyone's wondering, it was a delivery mission from Riggs Station - 3 post bags with 3 letters in each. I delivered 5/9 before the time ran out).

Completing feats rank up fast to, personally I've taken up hillbilly fishing. Throw some dynamite in a pond lake or river where all of fish gather boom you get feat points plus you can harvest the fish, they may be poor but we waste nothing in the sticks
