Max your Stamina and get free loot!

If you're like me, your horse does all the running. This means your stamina is probably taking its time to max out. I've got a way to fix that.

Swimming! But not just anywhere. Find a fast-flowing river. Any one with enough force will do, but I recommend the one in Strawberry, just next to the Welcome Centre at the top end of town as there is an added bonus*. So, you jump into the river and swim against the current. Do it right and you'll be just under a couple of rocks on either side, holding the left stick forward and swimming in place due to the current. Every 15 seconds you'll get 20xp toward your Stamina. Every so often you'll need to get out and let your Stamina replenish, so you can't totally AFK it, but once you find the sweet spot holding yourself in place is easy. 10-15 mins later (I didn't actually time it but it felt about that long) your Stamina is maxed.

*Bonus! Spending that long in the water will wreck your guns; fortunately there is a free solution - the Welcome Centre. Run upstairs, loot every chest and drawer. In the large chest in one of the rooms is a free gun oil. Grab everything, log out, log back in where you left off, go back to Welcome Centre and loot it again. Same stuff will be there. Rinse and repeat to load up on gun oil, potent snake oil, potent bitters, open health cure, Express rifle rounds, moonshine, cigars, rum, horse simulant and horse revival. Oh, there's pomade as well if slick hair is your thing.

Enjoy! 😆

I got my stamina maxed out with little effort and i never even touched water. I got a "+20 stamina" message like every ten steps i take while running. 🤨

And its impossible to run out of stamina unless you jump around or swim. You can probably sprint from ambarino to st denis...its needs adjusting.

Theres really no need to boost stamina, but if youre having fun doing it...

I just don't often run anywhere, but when I did, I'd burn out. The river was easier for me than running in circles or travelling somewhere on foot. Now it's one less thing to worry about.

19th century infinity pool. Love it. This is why I come here.

I found some boats in one of the rivers leading into Flat Iron Lake and used one to try to get to the south shore. That by itself pretty much maxed my stamina, and I didn't get wet... until I got to close to the south shore!

I think the boats were somewhere north of Bards Crossing.

Stamina is easy, didn't do anything special and maxed it out early on.

For deadeye you have to kill a lot of animals (or players in showdowns), have it almost maxed out (lvl 8 I think)

As for health was more tricky but then I found that salmon is not only a great source of income but it gives you +20 health for every capture. I'm 50% to level 10 right now!

The easiest way is to swim next to a waterfall where the strong currant is against you, or just do what I did and walk around in the snow for a hour or so hunting wolves. In single player if you swam in those hot springs your stamina jacked up fast, also very relaxing.

Or u just leave your rifles on your horse and jump in the water with only your revolver, so you just have 1 gun to clean afterwards...
