Also the option to disband posse says it will permanently disband the posse, does that mean I have to spend another $200 to set a new one up if I disband this one? But can't be 100% sure. I'd wait until the patches/fixes come with rebalancing just in case that gets attention too. If I remember correctly, only when the posse leader is online and your friend adjusts his settings to join the posse's server. A posse (even a persistent one) won't exist if the leader isn't online.
