Just reply with your top 3 Vice City modes of transport. It can be anything. Be specific, so dont say 'by car' and they dont necessarily have to be using a machine... So here are mine to start... 1. Umm... the Deluxo is NOT a souped up version of the Blista Compact! It's a car made to resemble the DeLoran. And what's a FBI Rancher XL? ok ok... Well, first of all you have to either have collected all 100 hidden packages or completed the last mission "Keep Your Friends Close", then it will apear at the Fort Baxter Airbase. When both things have been completed, it will apear at the Airbase, and at the helipad in Ocean Beach, just south of Cortez's boat. Now, to find the Hunter in the Airbase... First, go get the Officer outfit at the VCPD in Washington (available after the mission "Cop Land") this will make the Soldiers ignore you. Now, go in through the main gate, and head left past the guardtower. You should see some steps ahead of you, leading to the roof of a building. Go up them, and run to the building ti the north, and go around the catwalk and down the steps. Now you should be able to spot an opening in the fence, go through it, and preceed to the left. Find the opening in the other fence, and head west past some tents. There you have it. The Hunter. When you know the location, you can always just fly a helicopter into the compound, land besides the Hunter and jack it. Simple as that Hope this helps.
