Left on the d-pad > Online Options > Respawn "[Player] was killed by [Player]" -_- To be fair, it's not quick, easy, or intuitive to get to, and you have to hold down X for several seconds to confirm that you actually wanna off yourself, but it is still an option for the dedicated coward. The reason they probably input that into the game is most likely if someone gets stuck, they can kill themselves to respawn in a proper place.
