I doubt that should make any difference, but it's worth rebooting my PS4 just to check; will do tonight to see if it adds the silver High Roller in. So doing a google search to understand this doesn't really help. It sounds like the revolver that is connected to the GTA Treasure hunt should just appear in your weapon wheel. There is a second DA revolver that can be picked up during a Sean robbery mission in Story mode, and a third DA revolver (High Roller) that is available in Online play.
