NM88 Posted November 28, 2018 Share Posted November 28, 2018 I watched a video earlier and sometime in chapter 2 you do a debt collection mission for Leopold Strauss where you go beat up Thomas Downes, avoid that mission but make sure you have Hoseas mission available. I was informed in the video that Thomas was sick....TB and that's how Arthur contracted it.
