How to do a 1-4 players mission alone?

Hi,

 

So go to that guy, Clay? And then, not much options to start, so go matchmaking...

But this is a mission suitable for 1 players as well as 2 to 4 apparently.

What if I want to do it alone? How do I do it? Like, cancelling matchmaking without cancelling the whole thing...
