Its time to edit the look once again.....let me explain.......

 

I thought I was cool and was the special silver haired character: Now @ALifeOfMisery said Silver haired characters are going 

crazy on social media. I gotta admit I didn't believe you at first, but I'm not on social media like facebook, twitter, etc....  

 

Then no sooner I thought I was dope I see my grandpappy and sister:

 

Needless to say this was my reaction:

Glad I picked it up. At the start of the online cycle I seen heritage 15 and I was like naww I think I'll pass. Started out with 11 and we all know the problems with that. Experimented with 3 and then my brother convinced me about 15. He said with a little elbow grease that Heritage 15 will work out nicely and I haven't notice any bad in world qualities like skin change or aging. So I think this might be what I settle on........as long as I don't see 20-25 sisters in a sitting I'm good. If Heritage 11 had as good of skin quality and less aging problems as 15 does.......needless to say I'd still be on my original character. What kept me away from 15 in the first place was how bad the preset characters look on it so I couldn't see the potential, but my brother was like nah with R* you gotta thoroughly edit out the presets to see the potential at least for 15 can't say the same for presets like 2.

White hair (and typically all white outfits) are the tryhards hair color of choice in both GTA and RDO which is why they seem so common. In an effort to look "different" they all look the same

I wish more people posted their characters backstory/story in general. When I spend so much time with a character I start making up a story for them. It makes them more personal.

Well I think people don't want to share background stories in fear of other people calling them corny, cliche, etc. So people tend to keep background stories to themselves. I mean I kinda wish like multiple characters on this thread had a background story that meshed together, because I can see stories between certain people's characters being involved together. @Leftover Pizza and @TheLordMarvel are apart of neighboring tribes who collaborated for years in a mutual benificial trade agreement and their tribes for years have backed each other up during times of war later to be some of the last of their tribes still honoring their agreement to this day. For instance lets say someone makes a background story, but they also have his/her story connect with someone elses character. Background stories is one thing while Intersecting Stories are another thing.

Gather around Children and let me tell you a story:

 

Backstory:

Sun Bai is the product of a Chinese couple who left China more specifically from Nanjing due to the results of the Second Opium War in 1860 now opening foreign ports operated by foreign European powers moving in and the legalization of Opium trade. Sun Bai's parents seen their neighbors fall victim to the addictive effects of Opium and felt the Qing Dynasty was losing is grip to stop the addictions. They did not officialy leave until 1865 in the middle of the Dungan Revolt in China. Even though this happened Sun Bai's father, who sold Chinese porcelain for a living ultimately felt it was time to leave China and take his business to America where he believe he could sell better in America than in Nanjing due to Opium ruling the trade world since the legalization. It wasn't even a week as they set foot in San Denis that Sun Bai's father was kidnapped and sold to the overseers of the Central Pacific Railroad Project and Sun Bai's mother who was pregnant with Sun Bai in took refuge in New Austin under the protection of an Outlaw group committed to help people who were refugees or victims of forced labor/slavery. The man leading this group of outlaws was a man named Jebediah McKoy, who was a former slave owner, plantation owner, and confederate soldier, first created the Outlaw group when him and his slaves burned down the plantation and crops and moved to New Austin to create a "utopia" community where all men were truly created equal. Jebediah McKoy was smitten with Sun Bai's mother, but the love was not returned. Even though this was the case he personally vowed to protect her child when Sun Bai's mother finally gave birth to Sun Bai in 1866.

 

 

Sun Bai was trained in combat by Jebediah in her teenage years and her first job in the community was to tag team with other members of the gang(mostly other Chinese outlaws) including Jebediah to attack a prison wagon on its way to a Mining Project. The goal was to free these prisoners and give them a choice of returning with them to join them or to go it alone in freedom. This job went badly were all the members on the job with the exception of Jebediah and Sun Bai turned on the two to claim a hefty bounty on Jebediah's head. Now with Sun Bai being the only one resisting against this plot she was then knock out by one of the members and left for dead.  In the process the members were paid by the state to stage a coup were they would promote a member in place of Jebediah who would cause chaos within the ranks and destroy them from the inside out. Later that same day Jebediah was murdered with a shot through the eye by the same members. When Sun Bai came to her senses she returned to camp and realized nobody was on her side for the person they appointed was her mother who received a deal from the government to knock off Jebediah and she will get to see her husband once more. Sun Bai not would learn about this yet, because when she returned to camp she was kicked out before she could come into contact with the new leader(her mother). Now since Sun Bai's mother was in power its been quite a few years and she has alienated the other racial groups of the posse and a lot of inside bloody conflicts were waged and due to some attempted revenge hits on Sun Bai's mother by the former groups of the community she has now resulted to wearing a mask and refuses to be seen in public. At this point the community is entirely Chinese and some of the other groups decided to leave and others were killed. Sun Bai at the time is working odd jobs here and there, but she has mostly been taking hitman jobs. Some government officials later give Sun Bai an under the desk contract to kill the leader of a posse that appears to be Sun Bai's mother, but Sun Bai does not know this due to the mask now. Even though the officials knew it was her mother they left that information out so Sun Bai won't be conflicted in taking the contract. Needless to say she was successful and due to a dual shotgun blast to her mothers face while masked she was unable to know if that was truly here mother or some regular posse leader of no significance.

An idea I had, and went through with. Creating an entire outfit of free clothing my character started out with, and was recently given.
