Noticed allot of the hair options at the barber are npcs on singleplayer hair... Swansons Javiers Pearson's, two different sadie hairs, tilly, Susan, etc. Even Arthur obviously.

This is very true. I have made several characters. They look okayish, until I get into the game and see them in the cutscenes. I end up hating them so much I delete them and start over, lol.

I would to agree with others, this is way better than anything else I have seen, or made myself. Would absolutely love to see the settings you used for this. Not so much as to copy it, but more to learn from it. Maybe I can finally create a character that doesn’t look like complete garbage, lol.

everyone asking for my settings i wish i could help out i made it at like 4am aus im pretty sure it was head 7 and i just played around with it abit to not look like a crack head like alot of u i was like duh fuk everyone looks like brood when i first started, as of making the character iv not been able to get online so i cant really help with the settings yet i just get errored out as soon as my character loads something i didnt notice for like 20 minutes into customising u can press X on lips eyes etc to drag it around abit it helped face 7 was pretty munted

 

also  there seems to be a bug where the old wrinkles stay if u change heads so i had to fiddle with it abit changing the age meter for them to go away

FFS, the Dark Souls games have less grotesque female faces. The right stick is used for NOTHING, so why cant I use it to pan the god damn camera!?

Can you switch between the 15 faces after you have done all the fine tuning to see what they all look like with the custimisations you made?

Yes you can. Makes a massive difference too.
