How do I find friendly lobbies I can sell in

Sever hop until no more than 6 people in the session. Then messege everyone 

"friendly" 

Wait.

Someone will likely ask u to help them sell. 

Do it, the pays often nice, and they will return favor. 

Once u have 3 people in your mc, or ceo, keep sending out invites. Someone will see an emerging org getting bigger and want to join. U probably have majority on session. (Optional) Make one friend not join you and escort you guys in a night shark, or tough vehicle that won't accidently blow you up. The reason he doesn't join is to take away the propabability they give u several vehicles, though i still am not 100% sure if it works like that. We sometimes will have this person kind of far in an attack heli or better just as a buffer zone to intercept any griefers. 

In my expierence free aim servers  are a little more mellow but the people do have the resources to grief you if they are dicks.

I know not everyone has people or equipment they can rock with, but texting everyone friendly helps.
