I personally think that R* shot themselves in the foot by announcing it yesterday and forget to say that it was only PS4 and knew that the sh*t-storm would be immense so just decided to roll with it and blame it on "technical issues" I only say this because PS4 got Exclusive Content and the marketing deal so exclusive BETA access would have made sense and its a solid reason as to why it took R* hours to release any official information. We knew Online was coming in November and they clearly said it would be available to those whom purchased the Ultimate Edition way back when. It looks like things are randomized: Spoiler Like the location of the first camp you go to with Horley, the clothes you can pick to start with and your first camp location.
