I was making a new outfit for my character yesterday and I have been playing a bit on a custom GTA V server which had a trainer that allowed you to for example have a white shirt under a MC black cutted MC jacket. (Biker cuts - Black leather)

Those 2 clothing pieces worked great together and it was no clipping issues. I were even able to have a tie. However in normal GTA V i cant have that.

Is that really how it works that even if you logically can wear certain clothes under a jacket you cant? Cuz some clothing items you can wear under.

 

Is it glitched or is that actually how it is?
