 How to change where specific peds must spawn?

I mean like there's a ped spawning at Prickle Pine, and i want the pad to NOT spawn at Prickle Pine, but instead spawn at Pilgrim.

Just open the pedgrp.dat in data folder and edit what you want .

CFG Studio kinda didn't worked for me, so i used Notepad++ instead, btw, can someone explain what and how to make an PEDGROUP in pedgrp.dat

yes , open pergrp.dat with notepad anh you will see all the ped groups in there . Put the peds in the group you want  and remove it from the previous group.
