Cuday 0 Posted November 22, 2018 For the love of god, I have sat here for a hour or 2 now. I scanned the files to make sure it's not detected by malwarebytes. I have checked to load the ASI loader, I have used the dinput8.dll, AND used OpenIV's ASI loader, BOTH didn't work. I press the key on my keyboard for every single one of the trainer(s) (Yes I tried a lot). NOTHING at all shows up, i'm on the latest version using the Scripthook's latest version, I found out F8 switches to online mode, so I removed that binding in GTA 5. But it STILL didn't work after all of that. I am not using the steam version. All I want is to chill in Single player for some fun messing around, but no trainer I try works at all, and yes I have tried EVERY tutorial. - GTA 5 Folder (It's a backup of the game to make sure I don't screw anything up): https://imgur.com/a/CrGcBTC Tell me if anything in there is odd. Seriously, I just want to use a trainer. NONE are working. I have tried OpenIV's ASI loader, and the dinput8.dll, both had files claiming success, but I was using F4 for one, and F8 for the other, both still didn't working, including the one with F3. I'm at a loss, can someone help? (I didn't previously have OpenIV installed, I have not installed any other mods as well.) Forgot to mention, I have never cheated in GTA 5 yet. I have used a trainer on GTA 4, but 5 is DAMN stubborn.
_ReNNie_ 2,192 Posted November 22, 2018 My guess is the mod support files scripthookV and scripthookV .NET are not loaded correctly. Installation Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (or higher, so skip this step on Windows 10) AND Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64). AND Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2015 (x64). do this even when W10 says those are installed properly after that Download and install the latest Script Hook V. Alsways re-do this step after a R* update is pushed. Download and install Community Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI file into your game directory (the DLL and XML files are for developers only). With the latest ScriptHookVDotNet, it uses an asi and a dll (ScriptHookVDotNet.asi and ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll) and both must be in the main game folder or it won't work. Cuday 0 Posted November 22, 2018 Thank you all for your help, unfortunately, I already installed the 2013 Redistributable Package, the 2015 one didn't install cause I already had it installed, launched up my game with the Community Script Hook, dragged the asi and the dll in there, still nothing happened. How do I show you all my logs for these Scripts? I really just want to get this working. https://imgur.com/a/mfEm1yF Here's my folder, tell me if anythings off. Cuday 0 Posted November 22, 2018 Also, with the whole Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2015, Microsoft Windows said "This cannot be installed when another version newer is already installed."

Cuday 0 Posted November 22, 2018 Alright, OMG I JUST GOT LUCKY! I just said screw this game, and deleted all of the Menyoo stuff, I dragged the Simple Native Trainer (default with the scripthook, not the community one) pressed F4 and it just worked, I have no idea why, or how. But GG OMFG FINALLY!
Cuday 0 Posted November 22, 2018 I think I just solved everyone's problem, my ScriptHook community didn't work, the original ScriptHook worked, but everyone has to understand, you cannot use a ScriptHook on a copied GTA 5 using a hard drive. I have to use the folder where GTA 5 was ORIGINALLY installed. Even the Menyoo works now. Not on the ScriptHook.net community, but in the original game files using original scripthook

The registry only points to one location and that location is the one the game needs to run from. To run the game from somewhere else, you either need to modify the registry or use symbolic links. In that 2nd image you posted, there were no scripthook files. There is no scripthookv.dll and no dinput8.dll in that image. They have to be there for any ASI based menu or trainer to work. The scripthookvdotnet files are required for any mods in the scripts folder to work. You also need to run OpenIV and install the openiv.asi file. 5 hours ago, _ReNNie_ said: I'll update that old post, thnx Lee And hmmm kinda clueless tbh, we've had several users reporting this issue but unfortunately most never came back on their solution @_ReNNie_One of the questions I used to ask regularly, is "Are you running multiple GTAV folders?". Quite often people will create two folders, install all the mods in the second folder but then when the game runs, it's running the clean version. One of the telltale signs is no logs being present, as that version of the game is never being run. Just something to think about if you get similar problems.
