I'm John Marston and I can't get "The Course of True Love - IV" to continue, which means I can't complete all of the missions for 100%. Is it impossible? Do I have to play the game over? And Rockstar wouldn't make missing one side mission mean that you have to replay the entire game in order to get 100%. I have the guide now and will look into it, but if anyone gets any more answers on this let me know. I'm at 98% and this is now the only thing remaining that is irking me a little bit. Probably still ignored, but worth a shot as I really am not trolling you as we've had many pleasant discussions. Anyway... R* did make it so you can miss missions and would need to play again if we missed them. There's also 4 missable trophies and though some of the missions can be played after story is complete, by doing them out of sync, they won't qualify for their respective trophy. There's a Reddit post with all on, including this you need I'm afraid. Google: 'Reddit Spoiler-free mission list (including missable mission)' Has all relevant info and explains what's flexible.
