I don't sweat while playing RDR2 in the desert

Don't get me wrong. I love this game and I love the map. I absolutely love it. But there is one thing that bothers me. I don't sweat while being in the desert-region of the map. In games that actually represent a "heat-effect" in desert regions properly, I start sweating. Just like I feel cold while being in a cold area like mountains or in a snowy place. I've learned to adapt my sensory perceptions to ingame regions, but only when they have that realistic feeling, like some proper "heat haze" effect, that "heat feeling". And I don't feel like RDR2 doesn't have that feeling in its hot areas, or in the desert. I try to sweat as much as I can, but my body won't let me. I don't know, hopefully R* will upgrade the effects here and there with a patch.

The desert itself looks beautiful, like everything else on the map, but it won't let me sweat, unfortunately. :(

How do you feel about the desert?

Put an electric heater in front of you and turn it on when you enter the desert regions. Should help.

Are you sure? My online character sweats in the desert and when I visited NA with the glitch Arthur was sweating.

Now, since RDR2 comes to PC, hopefully those enhanced graphics will improve my personal experience. :)

Well, when you're in the desert you can just put on some extra clothes. That will make you feel warm. When you're in cold parts of the map you could take off your clothes if you want to feel more cold, like for example by playing the game just in your underwear.

I think it's very difficult to make people sweat only through a videogame..
