BO-DACIOUS Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 Hi, I got a perfect boar pelt and gave it to the trapper and when I went to the item that needs a boar pelt it said he has none. Do I have to make the item before I sell the pelts to him? So then some items I have to carry 10 pelts with me at once to make that item? Can someone please explain this to me? BO-DACIOUS Posted November 20, 2018 Author Share Posted November 20, 2018 Ok I just realized that when I shoot a boar in the head with a rifle with regular ammo I get a poor boar pelt. Does anyone else have this problem? I've done it like 5 times in the head and I keep getting poor pelts. Is this a bug? How can I fix this? Thanks, Bo The boar has to be pristine before you kill it to get a perfect pelt. If it's poor, or good you can't get a perfect pelt. You'll need to study the species, then check the info on it to find out if it's pristine or not.
