delsutton
Anyone got tips for locations where lawmen and bounty hunters can't see and kill you? I've only found a couple but my favourite is on top of the slaughterhouse (Prinz & Co) on the western approach rail line to St Denis, near Caliga Hall. Climb up to the roof via the parked wagon. Once there you can remain out of sight if you want. Also, it's a great place to pick them all off one by one. saintsrow
AdmiralJT
Rooftops are a good choice to avoid being spotted, the problem is they will usually stay in the area and you'll be actively wanted. If you can make your way out of the search area along the rooftops you'll get away.

delsutton
Yep, you remain wanted but on a few occasions I've seen them ride off after a few minutes of searching and not spotting me. saintsrow

DaimonSainton
Best place to hide where they can't get to you is in Saint Denis. You can jump over the wall located north of the rat infested Doyle's Tavern. The one that has the broken down wagon in front of it.

Been playing with a $1500.00 bounty in all states recently. Nine out of ten times I can just out-hide scalp hunters. Takes a bit longer for them to disband as opposed to outrunning them, but it works quite often in all states. Providing a list of the "best places to hide" implies total ambiguity. Bushes, houses, behind rocks, etc. It's all subjective. Even up north in Grizzlies West, I've had them track me to Cairn Lodge and Adler Ranch before. Outrunning them is the best option from my experience. I haven't run across any spots that are protected from bounty hunters yet. Not even The Loft, Larned Sod, Brittlebrush Trawl, Silent Stead, Plainview, etc. I'll keep an eye on what goes on, as always, but thus far the scalp hunters don't seem to be too concerned with harsh terrain.
