How to see how many sculptures/dinosaur bones currently found?

Am I blind or is there no way to know this aside from when you come across a new one and seeing it flash on screen for a few seconds? I have not been able to find how many sculptures I have to find still. I have the official guide, so I just want to follow that, but I don't want to revisit places I've already been to. I think if I know how many I've found, I'd be able to deduce which ones I haven't found yet.

 

The progress report only shows 0/1. I imagine it'll be 1/1 when I've found all sculptures/bones. But how many have I found? How can I tell?
