Frequent game crashes

Hi all. I'm well aware that there a probably a million other people with this problem, however it usually is a different problem for each person, so here I am. Its worth noting that I have been in this community for just about half a year so I am far from experienced with these issues. I currently have countless add on mods (including LA Billboards and LA architecture) as well as map editor and menyoo as my trainer. Game version is 1.0.1493.1 and I have the matching gameconfig for my version by F7YO, as well as a Pack File limit adjuster, as I've had past issues with ERR_FIL_PACK_1. The game sometimes crashes on startup, sometimes 5 or 10 minutes in, and sometimes half and hour to an hour in. No error message is given. I'll put my launcher log below, thanks.
