I did and was then rewarded by the individual who after a short conversation ran off screaming and appeared on the map as a witness to a murder... We were in the middle of the woods with not a soul in sight but yet this tool manages to find the police. I have two possible solutions to this.. This guy was the first guy to invent the telephone of which he made two one for him and one for the police. Orrr this game is just pretty dreadful and not that realistic at all...but nevertheless who can you guess came running out from the woods in what I can only assume to be a teleporter...the police, bogus.
