I try to give it to them and black bars appear at the top/bottom of my screen like a cutscene is about to begin, but nothing happens. Both Arthur and Mr. Black just sit there in their idle animations and I cant do anything, the controls lock because it's supposed to be playing a cutscene. Only thing I can do is close the game entirely and reload, but it doesn't make this work. I dont know how to fix this, and I'm afraid to progress the story because I dont want to risk missing this quest. Please help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When they request it, try moving away a fair bit from the area first and return to them later? Only thing i can think of.
