MrEnigma
I haven't played GTA V (SP) for a bit (I haven't played through a mission since the most recent update) Today though, I loaded up my most recent save and everything was fine......except for the shooting. I'd aim and then when I fired (no matter the weapon), the shots would ring out slow-motion just about. Driving, movement and everything else proceeds as normal except this. I've tried rebooting, loading earlier saves....nothing works. I don't know if this is a problem on my end, or if this was something included with the most recent update?? El Penguin Bobo
Do you have any mods installed? Or is it a clean copy of the game?
MrEnigma
It's an absolute clean copy......only extraneous stuff is ScriptHook V and Enhanced Native Trainer (never before have I had this problem with these two things installed). Have the latest GeForce Driver (416.81) as well. I've played from beginning to end problem free with these specs GTX 1060 3GB (on a monitor @ 1920 x 1080, 60Hz) i7 920 @ 2.8 GHz 6GB RAM Edited November 12, 2018 by MrEnigma
El Penguin Bobo
Have you tried reinstalling the game? Or how about trying to lower the settings? *reinstalling the game could be a big step though seeing that it takes a long time to install*
MrEnigma
I've verified the game files and that's fine. With the settings, I've verified that there's plenty of video memory free too, so I wouldn't think that would be it (since shooting is the only thing affected). I've also disconnected my X360 gamepad too and messed with the mouse I use (G500) to no avail.
El Penguin Bobo
Try downgrading your game, see if that works. And have you been playing as Micheal lately? Seeing that he has the slow-motion shooting ability .
MrEnigma
Downgraded. Also, my save was as Trevor (where I first had the issue). I tried both Franklin and then Michael and still had it.
MrEnigma
I should add, when I'm not aiming - just shooting from the hip - all is fine. I tried the slow motion cheats - seeing if turning them on/off would work, but nothing.

I think I might know what the issue is, Slow Motion Aim is a GTA V activated Cheat that you have to manually turn back off. Open up the Cheat Code panel by hitting the ~ (The key to the left of the 1 hold SHIFT and ` and it'll make the ~ symbol) and type in DEADEYE and keep entering it until it turns off Edited November 14, 2018 by AiraCobra
MrEnigma
Sorry I haven't replied back - I found it was merely a setting with the Enhanced Native Trainer I was using (Going to Time > Time Flow Rate revealed that the setting for 'Game Speed While Aiming' was set to 0.4 instead of '1x (Normal)'. Thanks for the replies though.
